Purpose: Visuals are often used in the courtroom by lawyers or expert witnesses to clarify difficult concepts for those involved with the case (jury, judge, other lawyers). This Flash presentation was an exercise in illustrating the expert witness’ testimony for the defense in the medical malpractice case of Goguen v. Crowe.
